One of the components you will choose when creating a Profile to load into your LiveHelp skill is "Chat Window." LivePerson has a pre-loaded chat window style but, depending on your preference, you can create one designed specifically to your needs. By customizing your chat window, you can:

• Change the size of the Chat Window
• Add customized branding for program partners and sponsors
• Change the chat window's color schemes.

While some programs have opted to use the default LivePerson window, you can create your own to suit your own preferences and needs.

**Tip: One major edit that other programs tend to make is to increase the size of the chat box to give the user a larger viewing area for the chat.**
