How to Shut Down Skills and Operators

There may come a time when one of your Operators forgets to log off from the Operator console, leaving the LiveHelp button stuck in "Operator is Available" mode. If this occurs, you can turn off Operators through the admin console and/or switch their status so users are not left waiting for a chat with an Operator who is not present.
