How to Set Up an Operator Account
Continuing with the pizza analogy, you have a package to deliver your pizza and now you need someone to deliver it when it is ready to go out into the world. Operators deliver LiveHelp to your users. When an Operator is online, users interact with the Operator in order to receive legal assistance.
Setting up new volunteers with Operator accounts in the LivePerson Admin Console is a straightforward process. As you may have noticed when setting up Skill accounts, you can add Operators to a Skill within the Skill set-up process. Alternatively, you can assign individual Operators to new Skills through their Operator accounts.
