This site is a resource not only to lawyers and law students who are currently volunteering with at least one of the site hosts, but also for family law and domestic violence lawyers in legal services programs in New York City and State. This practice area offers a Library of resources, access to the NYS Family Offense Petition Program, and News and Calendar tools to help you stay up to date with events and trainings.
This site is intended to support the work of legal services attorneys and pro bono attorneys working on foreclosure matters in New York. This site contains a password-protected online Library of legal materials, as well as other useful information such as Decisions of Interest, Calendar of CLE Trainings and other foreclosure-related events, and Listservs.
