Volunteer attorneys meet with parties on Tuesday afternoons from 1-4PM. Each party meets with an attroney for 30 minutes. Sessions take place in the Ramsey County Law Library, 1815 Court House, St. Paul. This is a combined effort of the Ramsey County Law Library, the Minnesota Jsutice Foundation, the Housing and Conciliations Court for Second Judicial District, and the pro bono attorneys.
