The Legal Services of the Hudson Valley Volunteer Attorney Program handles civil legal matters that cannot be undertaken by LSHV staff due to limited resources.  Types of issues that are referred to volunteer attorneys include family, consumer, landlord/tenant, elder, wills, name changes, employment and other miscellaneous matters.
