This program features Lawyers Alliance for New York, which works with pro bono attorneys from law firms and corporations, and focuses on business and transactional pro bono opportunities that help nonprofit organizations throughout the city. Lawyers Alliance presents a substantive training related to preparing and revising nonprofit by-laws.
