Domestic-violence victims oftentimes feel there is no way out of their relationship because of a lack of financial resources, and the Volunteer Lawyer Program of Northeast Indiana (VLP) hopes to remedy that situation by offering much-needed training for attorneys to handle these cases on a pro bono basis.
