Whether you're presenting to a jury, judge, government agency, or colleagues, images can be essential to making your message clearer and easier to digest. So we hope you'll join us for Litigation Skills Series: Images with Impact—which will help you design and use visuals, in and out of court.

The course will be taught by Kerri Ruttenberg, head of litigation at the DC office of Jones Day and author of Images with Impact: Design and Use of Winning Trial Visuals. Kerri will discuss why visual communication matters; how to design and use common tools like maps, timelines, photographs, charts, and graphs; and the basics of graphic design and editing. She'll also help you spot misleading visuals and discuss the benefits of low- vs. high-tech presentations.

This course is CLE-approved for 1.5 general credits in California and New York. CLE credit is pending (and not guaranteed) in Virginia.

Scholarships are available thanks to the generosity of the DC Bar Foundation. Please email Executive Director Nancy Lopez at nlopez@wclawyers.org to request information about how to apply for a scholarship.
