The event will showcase UDC David A. Clarke School of Law, DC's only public law school, and also celebrate two outstanding attorneys who embody the school's missions of public interest and diversity: Leslie Thornton, General Counsel of Washington Gas, and Judge Bill Prior, former Chief Judge of the DC Court of Appeals and a Distinguished Professor at UDC Law. Former US Attorney General Eric Holder will speak at the event.
