The Immigration Advocates Network and The Advocates for Human Rights invite you to join a free webinar, "Persecutor or Persecuted?  Navigating the Asylum Persecutor Bar." This webinar will analyze the current law surrounding the persecutor bar and provide practitioners with guidance and strategies on how to successfully advocate for asylum seekers.  The panelists are Katherine Evans, Teaching Fellow at the University of Minnesota Law School Center for New Americans; Benjamin Casper, Visiting Associate Clinical Professor at the University of Minnesota Law School Center for New Americans; and, Deepinder Mayell, Director, Refugee and Immigrant Program, The Advocates for Human Rights.
