VLA is pleased to announce this intensive program, a modified version of VLA's Legal & Business Bootcamp for Arts Professionals.

This Bootcamp will cover industry-specific legal and business issues in the areas of visual arts and theatre, including intellectual property and contract considerations. The topics covered for visual arts will be estate planning for visual artists, consignment law and contracts with dealers and museums. The topics covered in the theatre law portion of the program will be contracts for collaborators and legal aspects of bringing a production to the stage.

Who Should Attend:

This course is specifically for visual artists, producers, writers, musicians and attorneys interested in practicing in these areas. Cultural organizations and other professionals who represent artists should also benefit from this program.
