The Alameda County Bar Association Volunteer Legal Services Corporation (VLSC) and the ACBA Trusts & Estates Section host this comprehensive two-part training series on the basics of Wills and Trusts for new attorneys and attorneys transitioning to this area of law. Attorneys will learn how to conduct client intake, about statutory powers of attorney, obtain sample forms, learn to draft a basic will and more!

  • CLE Credit Comments: Two MCLEs are available for each evening of this two part training series. Training offered for free in exchange for commitment to take on two pro bono cases through VLSC. $50 Registration fee for materials and refreshments is required.
