Online intake and triage systems can help to guide litigants to the program or resource best suited to help, and offer new pathways to services for those in need. This session will highlight several new intake and triage models in the community and what we are learning, including lessons learned from developing and testing a diagnostic tool that helps predict the potential for successful self-representation. Panelists will also discuss resources for replication.
