GLOBAL WARMING AND YOU

Environmental Defense has been working since 1967 linking science, economics, the law and entrepreneurial private-sector partnerships to help solve some of our most serious environmental problems. They recently launched the Fight Global Warming campaign as a way to alert Americans to the profound dangers and effects of global warming.

Environmental Defense says that "Global warming is the most serious environmental challenge of our time. It is more urgent and its dangers are more fundamental than most Americans realize."

The Fight Global Warming campaign seeks to educate about how quickly we must do something about global warming, and gives tangible things people can do in their everyday lives to make a difference.
