What is the Pro Se Waiver Docket Clinic? Every Wednesday afternoon volunteer lawyers,
law students and DHS-CSS (1st and 3rd Wednesdays) support the pro se waiver docket when
Oklahoma County residents encounter problems with their uncontested pro se divorces. The
Domestic Judges refer the litigant to our clinic for assistance (located in the Oklahoma County Law Library).
Family lawyers volunteer once a month on a Wednesday that is convenient for them to participate in delivering these pro bono services.
