2016 OCRE Housing Discrimination Conference

The Office of Civil Rights Enforcement will hold free training on Housing Discrimination at the Oklahoma Bar Center on Wednesday, December 14, 2016, beginning at 8:30 a.m. The agenda and registration form for the conference are attached. Deadline for registration is December 9, 2016.

Speakers include representatives from the Office of Civil Rights Enforcement, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Metro Fair Housing, and Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma.  6 hours of CLE credit pending, including 1 hour of ethics.
Topics include (1) a discussion panel hosted by the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office of Civil Rights Enforcement; (2) the Disability Provisions of the Fair Housing Act; (3) the Fundamentals and Principles of Fair Housing Testing; (4) the Federal Fair Housing Protections and Recent HUD Guidelines; and (5) Ethics in Fair Housing.
