Blindness, Bias and Blunders: Building Cross-Cultural Competency in Lawyering will examine issues of identity, stereotyping and bias in lawyering and detail how practitioners can develop cross-cultural skills and avoid "blunders" and "blinders" in their work. Tenants Fight Back! Integrating NYC Anti-Harassment Laws In Your Practice, will outline the new NYC anti-harassment laws with practical guidelines on how to use them in both defensive and affirmative cases.
