This CLE presentation will discuss labor and employment protections afforded to low wage and domestic workers under the State Labor Law, the NYC Charter and Administrative Code, and various federal laws, including the FLSA and FMLA. The panel members will address what the impact of the Trump administration’s policy changes on these workers.
