This webinar will consider the issues presented when clients seek help late in the process. Clients facing impending judgments of foreclosure and sale on default, clients who already have judgments of foreclosure and sale with impending auctions, and clients seeking help after the sale of their homes at auction present unique challenges. What should advocates and supervisors consider when deciding whether to devote resources to seeking to stay a foreclosure sale or to vacate a judgment of foreclosure and sale or a sale? What are the legal bases for challenging these cases late in the game? Short of averting a foreclosure, can these clients be helped in other ways?
