In this webinar, we will cover in detail the requirements for obtaining Department of Justice (DOJ) Recognition for your non-profit agency so that it may provide immigration legal services through Accredited Representatives.  We also will cover the requirements for obtaining accreditation for individual non-attorney employees of recognized agencies. We will also discuss the recently announced changes to the Recognition and Accreditation program in depth. This webinar will be conducted by Hallam Tuck, Training and Legal Initiatives Associate at the NYIC. CLE credit is not available for this course.
