LSNYC recently settled a lawsuit JC vs. Rhea securing important reforms in the way NYCHA processes DV priority applications and provides information to applicants. Yet, advocates still need to understand NYCHA's criteria for the priority in order to help survivors benefit from the settlement agreement. This FREE training will:

• Teach participants how to craft a successful priority application
• Explain the new review process created to contest improper denials of priority as well as other benefits of the settlement agreement
• Teach participants how to overcome common obstacles to certification
