The training will cover how to file common motions with the immigration court. The trainer will explain motions to change venue, reopen, reconsider, suppress evidence, withdraw, terminate, and other motions, including highlighting specific procedural rules, ethical best practices and ethical concerns for practicing before the immigration court.
