Join us for an update on recent case law concerning CPLR 3408 settlement conferences and an overview of best practices for maximizing efficacy of the process, building a record, motion practice and conducting evidentiary hearings enforcing the requirements of the settlement conference process and the duty to negotiate in good faith established by CPLR 3408(f).
