CUNY Professor Donna Lee leads a panel of area practitioners in discussing revised ABA standard 303(b) requiring law schools to foster student development of a professional identity, and how that effort will engage lawyers who supervise law student externs as part of an academic program for credit.  This interactive session is intended for externship supervising attorneys and will explore their role in supporting law students and junior lawyers as they internalize the need for professional development toward excellence, their responsibility to others, a client-centered approach to problem solving, and strong well-being practices.
