This interactive training will discuss the criminal grounds of inadmissibility including controlled substance offenses crimes involving moral turpitude, prostitution, reason to believe drug trafficker and the few exceptions that apply. The training will also discuss how criminal arrests and convictions mat affect an applicant for adjustment of status or naturalization. Attendees are encouraged to bring cases for discussion during the question and answer session.
