This interactive training will discuss effective intake and consultation procedures, collecting criminal records, criminal grounds of removal related to deportability including what constitutes a conviction, an aggravated felony offense, crimes involving moral turpitude (CIMT); controlled substance offenses, fraud, firearm offenses. Attendees are encouraged to bring cases for discussion during the question and answer session.
