Americans with Disabilities Act and Religious Discrimination: An EEOC Update

This program will examine emerging issues and developing law regarding the American Disabilities Act (ADA), the federal law that provides rights and protections for disabled Americans, and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act's prohibition against discrimination based on religion. Join our expert panel consisting of officials from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and seasoned practitioners representing management, labor and employees for an in-depth look at these protections, potential claims, and increased risks for employers.
