MVLP: Advancing Justice, Restoring Hope
The holidays are upon us, and the Mississippi Volunteer Lawyers Project (MVLP) is grateful for all that we have accomplished over the years. Thanks to volunteers and supporters like you.

Change starts with one.
One possibility. One client. One attorney. One volunteer's commitment of time and resources that helps make the MVLP a reality. It starts small in one neighborhood helping one family and adds up to countless families across the state of Mississippi receiving crucial legal services.

As one person, it may seem impossible to have an impact on those in need. But as a member of the Mississippi Bar Association, you can join forces with MVLP, an organization dedicated to providing pro bono legal services to indigent individuals who have no means to hire legal counsel.
On behalf of the Board and staff of the Mississippi Volunteer Lawyers Project and the communities we serve, thank you for helping to strengthen the MVLP .

MVLP is a nonprofit 501(c)3 program of The Mississippi Bar Association and Mississippi Legal Services Programs. The challenge is to provide pro bono civil legal services to benefit low income people in Mississippi. MVLP identifies areas of legal need, develops projects to meet these needs, and recruits volunteer lawyers and law firms to provide the needed legal services.

Please review our pending case list and select a pro bono case.
