Keeping Victims Safe: Litigating Family Law Cases for Domestic Violence Victims Training

This training will prepare you to represent domestic violence victims in custody and divorce cases and help them find long-term safety and stability. Volunteers gain experience with a full range of litigation skills, including trial advocacy, discovery, and negotiation. Cases require about 10 hours of work per month.
