Online interviews and templates -- like the A2J and HotDocs applications on LawHelp Interactive -- that help people get legal work done embody a great deal of information. How can we make sure that the substance of the guidance being communicated and the documents being generated are 'right'? That folks can reasonably trust and rely on them?

Even beautifully presented and highly usable applications can be wrong, inconsistent, or incomplete. Yet inventorying and verifying the legal know-how expressed in even relatively basic applications can be fiendishly difficult. It's hard enough to build something that works at all!
