Widener University Commonwealth Law School is hosting a free program entitled Ethics Issues Facing Military Practitioners on Thursday, November 10, 2022 from 8:00 AM-9:15 AM. The program wiil be held at Widener University Commonwealth Law School, 3737 Vartan Way, Room A180, Harrisburg, PA 17110.

This event will begin with a special Veterans’ Day ceremony at 8:00 AM, complete with a color guard and a singing of the Star-Spangled Banner. Each military service branch will also be recognized.

Panelists will discuss several issues pertaining to military legal practitioners, including understanding the rules of professional conducts for lawyers in the military, ethics and competency in military justice, dealing with conflicts for lawyers and judges in the military, and more.

  • Lieutenant Colonel Voci R. Bennet, attorney advisor/deputy staff judge advocate, Office of the State Judge Advocate with the Pennsylvania National Guard
