Dallas lawyer Thomas S. Leatherbury will receive the American Bar Association Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section’s (TIPS) Edmund S. Muskie Pro Bono Service Award during the TIPS Fall Meeting in Scottsdale. The award recognizes TIPS members who have demonstrated a commitment to justice for all citizens and dedication to pro bono service.
