In a new report, the Pew Charitable Trusts found that over 10,000 residential properties in Philadelphia are burdened by “tangled titles.”

Pew’s Garrett Hincken, the report's author, and VIP Staff Attorney Mike Jones will lead this seminar, which will discuss the methodology, analysis, and conclusions of Pew’s recent report on tangled title. The presenters will also answer questions from seminar attendees.
