Divorce/Legal Separation  - the Family Court Facilitator  and Self Represented Litigant Coordinator (Sherlock) will provide assistance in completing the forms.   

SESSION 2 - 9:00 - 1:00

Parenting Class in English - FREE Parenting Class presented by Lutheran Family Services to the first 20 attendees (regularly $40) This class will be in room 301 in the main courthouse building at 901 9th Ave.

SESSION 3 - 10:00 - 11:00

Prepare for Civil Trial - Coordinators will present on preparing for Civil trial: preparing your exhibits/subpoenas for witnesses, and opening statements.

SESSION 4 - 11:00 - 12:00

GRANDPARENTS: CUSTODY, VISITATION & GUARDIANSHIP - The Protective Proceedings Monitor & Sherlocks will present and provide one-on-one assistance.  

SESSION 5 - 1:00 - 2:00

EVICTIONS: LANDLORDS/TENANTS - Landlord/tenant rights. This session will be presented by local attorneys.

SESSION 6 - 2:00 - 3:00

CIVIL SERVICE & EVICTIONS: SHERIFF' S OFFICE - Procedural information presented by the Weld County Sheriff's Office.

SESSION 7 - 3:00 - 4:00
