Join us for a conversation with co-founders and HLS alums Alice Cherry (JD ’16) and Ted Hamilton (JD ’16) of the Climate Defense Project (CDP), an organization that provides legal support for climate activists and pursues climate impact litigation. CDP has been active in promoting the climate necessity defense, which climate protesters are increasingly using to defend themselves in court.
