Are you ready if another Hurricane hits? This workshop aims to prepare residents for extreme weather situations and what response to expect during and after a storm strikes. Join us as the City of Sugar Land's Emergency Management team shares information on the city’s hurricane plan, discusses what citizens can do before and after a hurricane, and how best to weather the storm. We will also hear from Lone Star Legal Aid on how best to navigate the post-disaster process when dealing with FEMA and other federal agencies. We will have hurricane preparedness kits for attendees.
