The Second Judicial District Court Pro Bono Committee and New Mexico Legal Aid Volunteer Attorney Program hold a free family law clinic the third Wednesday of every month from 10 AM to 1 PM at the Second Judicial District Courthouse in Albuquerque (400 Lomas Blvd. NW) in the third floor conference room.

Attorneys will be able to provide free legal advice on family law issues, including divorce, custody, visitation, child support, paternity, kinship/guardianship, mediation, and more!

Pre-registration is mandatory, and attendance is limited to the first 25 people who pre-register. Please call the Volunteer Attorney Program on the first Monday and Tuesday of each month at 1-877-266-9861 to pre-register. Bilingual attorneys and staff will be available.
