UF Law Pro Bono Week-- Group Service Project Led By UF Law Student Organizations

Topics:
  • Community Education/Outreach
  • Law School

Join us in participating in National Pro Bono Week, an annual celebration that honors the valuable pro bono contributions of the legal community and seeks to inspire greater service to increase access to justice for all. Students are encouraged to participate in one of the week's series of activities and learn about how pro bono service can benefit you and your community.

UF Law student organizations will be tabling in the courtyard from 12:00-1:00 pm to raise awareness and support a non-profit organization of their choosing. Stop by during your lunch break to write a card for a pediatric patient, make a dog or cat toy for the local animal shelter, or contribute to a book donation drive.

UF Law Pro Bono Week is co-sponsored by the Student Bar Association in collaboration with the Association for Public Interest Law (APIL), the Black Law Students Association (BLSA), the Caribbean Law Student Association (CaribLaw),UF Law Alternative Spring Break (UF Law ASB), the National Lawyers Guild UF Chapter, and the Immigration Law Association (ILA), the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (FAWL).
