October is pro bono month.  This year, the CCBA Corporate Counsel Section is pleased to join forces with Legal Aid of North West Texas (LANWT) and provide legal advice at its Plano Legal Aid Clinic on October 19, 2017.   LANWT will come to our regularly scheduled meeting at noon on October 12 to train us on what we need to know to be effective.  Attorneys must be licensed and active in Texas to work solo at the clinic.  Any attorney not currently licensed and active in Texas is welcome to come and help out but will be working with another attorney.
