The D.C. Bar Pro Bono Center operates the Probate Resource Center, a walk-in clinic that provides brief services to unrepresented parties who need assistance with issues in large estate administration.  The Probate Resource Center is staffed with one experienced probate attorney and two or three other attorneys, with less experience, who can rely on the more experienced attorney for mentoring and support. Each attorney meets with individuals seeking legal assistance and provides the tools necessary to successfully complete the probate endeavor, to the extent possible through brief services.
