DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) is a type of humanitarian immigration relief that may be requested by certain people who came to the United States as children, and meet several guidelines. Deferred action is a use of prosecutorial discretion to defer removal action against an individual for a certain period of time.  An individual granted DACA is also granted temporary permission to work lawfully in the United States. This volunteer opportunity is for licensed attorneys.
