Wake Forest University School of Law Pro Bono Project, Expungements, sends 5 of its Wake Law students to an expungement review program at Legal Aid. Attendees will learn the statutory requirements for filing expungement petitions and will work through hypothetical problems. The Wake Law students seek a collaboration between the Expungement Pro Bono Project, Winston-Salem Legal Aid, and the Criminal Attorneys Bar.
