Honoring their commitment to provide needed legal assistance to survivors of domestic violence, regardless of ethnicity, Lone Star Legal Aid (LSLA) honors the Houston office of Boat People S.O.S. with the 2015 Community Partner Award. Although their primary mission is to serve the Vietnamese population, BPSOS also accepts up to 6 domestic violence cases pro bono, regardless of ethnicity, on referral from LSLA.
