The Center for Disability & Elder Law (CDEL) has a Power of Attorney workshop on Monday, October 26, 2015 from 1:00-3:30 p.m.

At the workshop, attorneys will provide assistance with drafting Powers of Attorney and Illinois Living Will Declarations.

Previous experience with advance directives/estate planning is not required. Complete training materials are attached. Attorneys should review those materials prior to participating.
