Equal Justice Wyoming will be hosting a Legal Resource Fair on October 27, 2015. The fair will include a free legal advice clinic, informational booths from various legal service providers, and informational presentations on estate planning, expungements, landlord/tenant issues, small claims procedures, and unfair collection practices.

You must be INCOME ELIGIBLE and qualify for services through Equal Justice Wyoming for the legal advice clinic. You must fill out an application at the clinic.

Free legal clinics are made possible through the generous assistance of staff and private attorneys who give their free time to offer free civil legal advice to qualified applicants. The evening clinics are held to enable people to obtain legal advice beyond normal business hours.

Advice at the legal advice clinic is limited to non-criminal matters, such as: family law; probate, such as wills or advance directives; real property; landlord/tenant; public benefits; federal tax issues; and consumer/debt issues.

The University of Wyoming Estate Practicum will also be offering a free legal advice clinic on estate planning issues. You must be INCOME ELIGIBLE and qualify for services for the estate planning legal advice clinic. You must fill out an application at the estate planning legal advice clinic.
