Guardianship Seminar & Ad Litem Certification
October 23

8 am to 12:30 pm

The Forum/Assembly, Two Allen Center, 11th Floor

4 Hours CLE, Ad Litem Certification*

HVL often sees either parents looking to obtain guardianship of their disabled child who is turning 18, or adult children seeking to help an elderly parent. As of September 1, any attorney filing an application for guardianship must be certified by the State Bar of Texas. This course provides that certification. The seminar is free if you accept a pro bono guardianship case though HVL.*
