Project Homeless Connect brings together various agencies and organizations to provide comprehensive, one-stop services to the homeless in Memphis. The Memphis Bar Association's Access to Justice Committee sponsors a civil legal clinic to provide advice and counsel. Two-hour shifts are available throughout the day.
