PROGRAM
This CLE will focus on preparing wills and simple estate planning documents. Attendees will learn the basics of preparing, writing, changing, and execution of a will as well as what happens without one. Attendees will also become familiar with the duties of a personal representative, disposing of tangible person property, probate issues, living wills, and receive important tips on common errors.
