This program is offered FREE to train pro bono and legal aid attorneys how to prepare for and present a guardian advocacy case. Agree to assist a sponsoring legal aid entity with a guardian advocacy case and register for free. The course is also offered at a reasonable cost for those unable to pledge their time. Steve Hitchcock, Esq., of Special Needs Lawyers, P.A., Clearwater; Michael W. Porter, Esq., M. W. Porter Law Firm, St. Petersburg; and Hon. Sean O. Cadigan, General Magistrate, 13th Judicial Circuit, Probate Division, are well-qualified to present this thorough and detail-oriented seminar.
